DIRECTION OF USE

Take 1ml of BIØDA LEAN Super Strength (15 drops) 2-3 times daily

  • Fruit based breakfast, fresh Fruits (Smoothie)

  • Morning snack, Protein and Vegetables for lunch

  • Afternoon snack and protein and vegetables

  • Dinner  Fruit, meats (beef, lamb, chicken, fish, shellfish, seafood) and vegetables 

 

CLEAN healthy unprocessed foods along with the program. Refrain from taking Alcohol while on the programme.
