In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, any Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund without questions asked.

Please note that we Reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty.

Refunds normally made within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.  For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Kindly include a brief note to say why you are returning the product, and include your name, address and your invoice number.

If you return the product in its original condition (UNBROKEN SEAL), we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.
